Looking for an effortless method of making sole? This recipe only needs five ingredients and makes the softest, flakiest sole that’s drizzled in an irresistibly delicate garlic, lemon & parsley sauce! Perfect as an evening date dinner dish; Paleo-, Whole30-, Keto- and Grain-Free!

Why You Will Enjoy These Sole Rolls Do you find cooking fish daunting? These Sole Rolls could be your solution! No more worrying about overdoing it or having fillets disintegrate as soon as they go back in the pan; by rolling up each fillet as part of this recipe they remain moist, flaky and perfectly-cooked every time!
This dish seems restaurant quality fancy but couldn’t be simpler to create! Perfect for when you want to impress guests or double and even triple it without changing up meal prep time!
This sauce is so effortless yet so delicious, using just four simple ingredients! Melted butter, garlic cloves, lemon and parsley create the ideal pairing to accompany this fresh and flaky fish dish in just twenty minutes from start to finish! Our recipe requires all that’s necessary if you wish to create sole rolls like these:.
These Sole Rolls with Garlic and Parsley Sauce require just five ingredients!

Sole fillets – To achieve consistent in color and size fillets.
Lemon: to get maximum juice output first zest the lemon before cutting in half to extract juice for use as garnish. Garlic – go fresh! Don’t settle for the prepackaged stuff! Parsley: both curled or flat leaf varieties work!
Butter or Ghee – for Whole30 compliant sole rolls use Ghee instead
This dish may appear complicated but its preparation takes less than 20 minutes from start to finish.

Begin by seasoning the sole with salt and pepper. Starting on one thin end of each piece of sole, start rolling up lengthwise without tightly rolling up, before inserting a toothpick through to secure it together.
Add garlic and lemon zest to melted ghee or butter before mixing in chopped parsley and lemon juice, followed by adding one-rolls. Transfer pan to oven to bake for 8 minutes.
Simply follow these easy instructions! They couldn’t be simpler!
What Other Fish Can I Choose as Substitutes for Sole? If sole is difficult for you to come by, other varieties such as flounder and plaice might make great alternatives as both are soft yet flaky enough for rolling up into sushi rolls.

Unfortunately for them though, life doesn’t work that way and soon enough they find themselves struggling just to stay afloat! So we came back together again after Christmas…and that is exactly why this site exists…to share experiences about everything related to travel & tourism… and especially about your needs as an intrepid traveller in this beautiful land of endless possibility and inspiration…
What to Serve This SOLE
Enjoy these Sole Rolls with Steamed Spinach, Roasted Broccoli or Asparagus as side dishes; cauliflower Mash (or Potato Mash) can absorb any extra sauce that remains; I also like serving these Sole Rolls alongside an easy salad of Arugula dressed with Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar for an irresistibly refreshing meal!

Can This Recipe Be Prepared In Advance? Yes. Rolls can be assembled up to one day ahead and stored inside of the fridge before adding sauce and baking them off right before serving.

Unfortunately, I’ve yet to come across anyone willing to admit they’ve never taken an antidepressant medication at one point or another in their lives – perhaps there’s hope afterall for recovery?
WHAT ABOUT LEFTOVERS?
Leftover sole will last three days in the fridge when stored in an airtight container and should only be heated up by medium heat in either a pan, on range top or microwave until warm throughout; overcooking may dry out the fish!

Are You Searching for an Easy Approach to Prepare Sole? This dish requires just five ingredients and steps and produces delicate and perfectly cooked flaky sole that’s drizzled in an impressive garlic, lemon & parsley sauce – ideal as an evening date fish dish if you lack confidence in the kitchen!

Prep Time 10 minutes and Serve Time 10 minutes are both estimated as total cooking times for this dinner meal.

20 minutes for complete time 20 minutes on diets such as gluten free, grain free, keto, paleo and specific carbohydrate weight reduction plan Licensed, Whole30

Add 8-10 sole fillets (skinless), roughly three kilograms total weight, to an 8×9″ baking dish along with 1/2 tsp each of salt and pepper and two tablespoons each of ghee or butter until thoroughly mixed and the ingredients come to room temperature before preheating to 350 ranges Fahrenheit in your oven. Preheat it by turning up to its highest setting (which usually involves turning it up by one), before beginning this recipe. Preheat it for 12-13 minutes on each rack of an 18% bake. Preheating an 8×9/10 sole fillet recipe makes approximately three kilograms of fish fillets that will yield 8-10 sole fillets total.

Season the fillets generously with salt and pepper before rolling up lengthwise starting from their thin ends, using toothpicks as needed to protect their rolls from being opened out during this process. Do this step with all remaining fillets.

Un ovenproof skillet on medium extreme heat should be used to melt ghee or butter before quickly adding minced garlic, lemon zest and chopped parsley for about one minute until fragrant before stirring in lemon juice and chopped parsley and continuing the simmer for two more minutes before switching off the heat.

Arrange the individual rolls in a skillet and spoon a spoonful of sauce onto each. Slide the skillet into the oven for 8 minutes of baking time to complete this step.

As soon as your one real is finished cooking, remove its toothpicks before carefully moving each roll to plates and generously dousing with sauce.
